Our headquarters is located at 1021 Hamill Avenue, San Diego, US 92111. However, we ship our Christmas decorations worldwide (except for certain remote areas in Asia and a few other locations due to carrier restrictions).

How do I choose the right Christmas tree for my space?
Consider both the height and width of the space where you’ll place your tree. Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 6 inches for your tree topper. For width, artificial trees come in different “fullness” levels – slim trees are great for small spaces while full trees create a lush, traditional look.
Are your Christmas lights suitable for outdoor use?
Yes! We offer both indoor and outdoor Christmas lights. Our outdoor lights are weather-resistant and perfect for decorating your home’s exterior. Always check the product description to confirm whether lights are rated for outdoor use.
What materials are your ornaments made from?
Our ornaments come in various materials including shatterproof plastic, glass, metal, and fabric. Each product description specifies the materials used. We take special care to pack fragile items securely for shipping.

What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
When should I order to ensure delivery before Christmas?
For international deliveries, we recommend ordering by December 1st. For domestic US orders, December 10th is our suggested cutoff date. Professional decorators should order large items like inflatables and outdoor lights by October to avoid peak season delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to over 60 countries, spreading Christmas cheer across continents. Please note we currently cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and a few other locations due to carrier restrictions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Standard Shipping includes full tracking from warehouse to doorstep, while Free Shipping provides basic tracking information. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with your holiday decorations. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (some restrictions apply). Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
What if my decorations arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution with packaging, accidents happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we’ll arrange replacements immediately.
How do I initiate a return?
