Order Processing Time
Our workshop elves work diligently to prepare your holiday decorations for shipment:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During peak season (November 15 – December 25), processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to spread Christmas cheer worldwide:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx:
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for customers who want their decorations faster
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS:
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Perfect for budget-conscious shoppers planning ahead
Christmas Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak season. We recommend ordering early to ensure your decorations arrive in time for the holidays!
Shipping Areas
We ship globally to spread Christmas joy, with exceptions for some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service elves at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact).
Holiday Exception: For orders placed between November 15 – December 25, we extend the return window until January 10 to accommodate seasonal shopping.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain safety and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Christmas Candles & Candleholders (for safety reasons)
- Artificial Christmas Trees that have been assembled
- Christmas Tree Watering Systems (hygiene reasons)
- Christmas Stockings that have been personalized
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Christmas decorations:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our elves will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions
- Package Your Item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back – Use the provided return label (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for replacement items
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different decoration? We’re happy to help!
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchange items must be available in our current inventory
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your holiday spirit arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
