6. Receive order confirmation via email

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Our workshop elves process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak season (November 15 – December 25), processing may take slightly longer.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50): Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak season. We recommend ordering early to ensure holiday delivery.

4.3 Shipping Areas

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging). For orders placed November 15 – December 25, the return window extends to January 10.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

• Christmas Candles & Candleholders
• Assembled Artificial Christmas Trees
• Christmas Tree Watering Systems
• Personalized Christmas Stockings

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason
2. Wait for approval and return instructions (1-2 business days)
3. Securely repackage the item in original packaging
4. Ship it back using provided return label (customer pays return shipping unless our error)
5. Receive your refund/exchange after inspection

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You may not:
